Shipping policy

We are accepting orders and shipping to most of the Europe, UK, and Japan.
It will take 3 to 5 business days to process and fulfill your order before shipment. You will receive the email notification when your order has been shipped.
Delivery time across the most of Europe countries is 3 to 5 business days. For some countries it may take up to 10 business days (Albania, Czechia, Greece, Iceland, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine), and up to 15 business days (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro). 
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Delivery to UK, and Japan would take up to 5 business days. There are no additional fees or taxes for customers in these countries as orders are getting fulfilled in the country of destination.
Total time of fulfillment, shipping, and delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the product and location.
You may receive notifications about your order delivery process from the carrier company (DPD, DHL, FedEx). 

Please, note that in case if your chosen product is not available in your country/region, you won`t be able to proceed with your checkout.

We are offering FREE delivery on all orders at the moment. 

Please, make sure that your delivery address is correct, and avoid P.O.Box as a delivery address.
