Hi there! It's good to see you again!
I am often asked how we source the products for our online store. We are committed to providing high-quality products for our online store. To ensure that we meet our standards, we source our products from reliable and ethical suppliers.
In this post I'll tell you where our products are sourced from and about printing techniques used to apply graphics on the products.
T-shirts
We have two main suppliers of T-shirts.
Bella + Canvas is a US apparel company that prioritizes sustainability by limiting and filtering its water supply, saving energy, and recycling leftover fabric.
Gildan - another North America giant of clothing manufacturing - offers fashion basics in a wide variety of styles and colors. The brand is known for its Genuine Responsibility program which focuses on producing garments using renewable energy and less water than the industry average.
Hoodies and Sweatshirts
Our hoodies are sourced from above mentioned Gildan as well as from Cotton Heritage, also US-based company that produces long-lasting premium quality apparel blanks. All of Cotton Heritage production facilities are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) - certified.
French clothing manufacturer SOL'S is our main supplier of sweatshirts. SOL’S offers high-quality garments that combines comfort and style, and are crafted using mostly 100% organic cotton.
Hats
Supplier of hats for GRAFOTURE is Yupoong, South Korea, that creates world-class headwear and is known for its high-quality standards and comfortable cap fits.
Home and Living
Our non-clothing range of products are sourced from various manufacturers across the world. When choosing supplier we consider reliability and quality standards as well as environmental responsibility level of the company and sustainability of products.
Prints and Embroidery
Currently we are using two types of printing technique to transfer designs on to the products.
With DTG printing, design is printed directly onto the garment. It's been used for printing on clothing items.
Sublimation technique has been used to print designs on our mugs and blankets.
For the embroidered products our partners use the latest technology and premium quality materials to create superior embroidery for satisfaction of our customers.
Our Print and Embroidery Partners have printing facilities in Europe, UK, Japan, and USA.
I hope this advice will come in handy for you when shopping at GRAFOTURE!
