The Beginning

Welcome to GRAFOTURE, an online shop offering authentic graphics printed and embroidered on various types of clothing and accessories.

My name is Ivars, I am the founder of GRAFOTURE and author of graphic designs featured on the products in our online store. In my first post here let me tell you the story how I came up with idea to create graphic clothing and open an online shop. 

Inspiration

Couple of years ago, at the time when street shops were made unavailable locally and globally, I used to spend some time browsing the online stores for traditional clothing. Over and over again I came across awesome graphic T-shirts. Those designs were not just visually appealing; they inspired me. I began visualize these graphics with my own twist, then ideas of my own designs came in to my mind, and then.. 

Coincident?

Around the same time I was learning and discovering the possibilities of visual art and graphic design software. I was stunned by the capabilities of these digital tools, and my curiosity about it grew in to a passion. 
It did not take long before the idea of creating my own graphic t-shirts and selling them online sparked in my mind. 

On The Way 

Since then I am spending most of my time exploring graphic design and working hard to study secrets of e-commerce world. Decision was made and the goal was clear; my determination and commitment did the rest. Well, it took months to get to the point where I felt confident to open the online shop. My first designs, inspired by the past, styled for today, and with faith in the future, were ready to get printed.

TWENTY23  

The first collection of graphics - TWENTY23 - is inspired by events from the days when the great Michael Jordan dominated the world of basketball. He was wearing number 23, and by adding TWENTY to it I got an alternative of 2023. The graphics are also enhanced with some short motivational sayings to add an emotional value and create positive connection with those who interact with these designs.

Every next step, next action, and next thought creates our future.
Every next moment is our future. 
This is how I sense the slogan of GRAFOTURE - the future begins now...
